Entire Agreement

If you have executed a formal written agreement with Saffron Medicare governing your pharmaceutical purchases, said agreement shall prevail over online purchases from this secure platform (the "Ordering Platform"). In the absence of such an agreement, the following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to all online transactions via this Ordering Platform. This Agreement may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by any other document(s). Any attempt to modify this Agreement or place orders under differing terms and conditions will be null and void, unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Acceptance

By engaging in transactions through the Ordering Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement. Orders placed are subject to acceptance by Saffron Medicare, and we reserve the right to refuse service to any party. Acceptance of an order will be indicated by issuing an invoice or shipping the ordered items.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full and in accordance with the payment terms specified on your invoice, using approved payment methods. Until payment is received in full, Saffron Medicare retains a security interest in the ordered products. Failure to make timely payments may result in a service charge. In the event of default, Saffron Medicare reserves the right to declare all outstanding invoices immediately due and payable. You agree to reimburse Saffron Medicare for any expenses incurred in collecting overdue amounts.

PRICING ERRORS

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. Saffron Medicare reserves the right to correct such errors promptly and cancel any orders affected, with no further obligations, even after order confirmation. Any payments made for canceled orders due to pricing errors will be refunded.

Use of Products

You warrant that you possess all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals required for purchasing, using, and storing pharmaceutical products. All purchases are for your own use, as defined by relevant laws and regulations. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is mandatory. Product returns are subject to Saffron Medicare's discretion.

Warranty

No expressed or implied warranties apply to this Agreement, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our sole obligation for breach of warranty is to repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Saffron Medicare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from purchases or non-delivery of products. Our liability for any order under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid for such order.

Discount Disclosure

If you receive any discounts or price reductions under applicable laws, you may be required to disclose them as per regulatory requirements.

Choice of Law

This Agreement and all related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

Confidentiality

All information on the Ordering Platform and purchase terms, including prices and this Agreement, are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver thereof.
